1500 L capacity octagonal blender with vacuum transfer system for loading with variable RPM mixing speed. Working capacity is 1200 L (600 kg @ BD 0.5 kg/L)

Auto film coating

2 Nos. of 48 inch Ganscoater are installed to take care of film coating needs. Capacity/load is about 100 – 125 kg depending on size and shape of tablets. Both m/c are fully automated and compliant with current GMP norms.

Conventional coating pans.

3 Nos. of 48 inch conventional coating pans are installed to take care of film/sugar coating needs. Capacity/load is about 60 – 80 kg depending on size and shape of tablets.

4 blister packing machines and one bulk packing machines are installed with completely controlled environment with dedicated HVAC system with terminal HEPA filtered air.

Flat bed – Blister packing m/c Rapid pack 2503

M/c is suitable to use alu/alu, Alcar/Alu; Alu/PVC etc.

Output: 40 forming cycles/min.

Rotary forming rotary sealing type m/c

3 M/c is suitable to use Alu/PVC, Glassine/PVC

Output: 4.5 meter web length/min.

Bulk packing line with ROPP capping

The Line is suitable packing coated tablets in glass/PET/PVC bottles with ROPP caps and glue labeling.

OINTMENT DEPARTMENT

Ointment manufacturing facility consists of following :

Two manufacturing areas consisting of Wax melting vessel, Aqueous phase vessel, Homogenizer vessels and storage tanks.
Two double head tube filling machines installed with inkjet printing facility
One cartonator machine
One Shrink wrapping machine

LIQUID DEPARTMENT

Liquid manufacturing facility consists of following :

Four manufacturing vessels and two storage vessels and can handle batch sizes from 500 L to 5500L of syrups & suspensions.
Automatic bottle washing machine
4/6 Head volumetric filling machine
4 Head ROPP cap sealing machine
